Под персональными данными понимается нижеуказанная анкетная и биографическая информация:

• общая информация (Ф.И.О, место проживания, год, число и месяц рождения, образование, профессия, стаж работы, состояние в браке, наличие детей, контактная информация, направленные фотографии);

• трудовой стаж, учитывая все указанные соискателем места работы;

• навыки работы с персональным компьютером; получение дополнительного образования, профессиональной переподготовки и т.п.; любая иная информация, раскрытая при заполнении анкеты, а также любым другим способом в данной программе. 

Я направляю свои персональные данные в базу данных программы в целях их передачи третьим лицам, заинтересованным в поиске и найме работников.  Принимая настоящее Соглашение, я выражаю свою заинтересованность и полное согласие, что обработка их персональных данных может включать в себя следующие действия: сбор, систематизацию, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), использование, распространение (в том числе передачу третьим лицам), обезличивание, блокирование, уничтожение.

Гарантирую:

• информация, мной предоставленная, является полной, точной и достоверной;

• при предоставлении информации не нарушается действующее законодательство Российской Федерации, законные права и интересы третьих лиц;

• вся предоставленная информация заполнена мной в отношении себя лично.

Настоящее Соглашение может быть отозвано посредство направления письменного заявления Администрации CVMaster;

• что настоящее Соглашение может быть изменено Администрацией CVMaster в одностороннем порядке;

• что срок хранения и обработки его персональных данных устанавливается по усмотрению Администрации CVMaster и может составлять до 10 лет с момента последнего размещения Соискателем информации;

• что Администрация CVMaster не несет ответственность за размещенную информацию третьих лиц, все лица, заинтересованные в найме сотрудников действуют исключительно от своего имени и в своих интересах. 

Privacy Policy personal data protection

 

CVMaster -resume, as owner of personal data processing (hereinafter the "Owner"), uses this site as a tool for personal data collection. Therefore, in accordance with legislation for protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Law"/”Act”) it provides the following information concerning personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as "Data") of those candidates who send their CV to the Company or recruiting agencies, through this mobile application.

 

A) DATA PROCESSING SUBJECT

 

 The collection covers only normal Data, which will be processed within the limits of this policy. As described below in box E) of this information, and limited to Data relating to protected categories, the party concerned can transfer through this site, sensitive data as classified under the Article. 4, paragraph 1, lett. d) of the Act, disclosing health status, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual life (for military service, for example, a statement only if acquitted or not, without specific provisions of any conscientious objections; in case of change of employment, should not be given reasons such as, for example, pregnancy, accidents, etc...) This type of data can be processed by the owner, prior to written consent, as protected Data or when the candidate is at the interview and prior to reading the related policy and consent to data processing by signing the contract.

 

B) DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND PURPOSE

 

 Data processing is done either manually or by computer means, for the following purposes:

 

 1. Fulfilment of all law obligation, regulation and communitarian legislation;

 

 2. Carrying out recruitment and selection of possible candidates:

 

 a) to be employed, in companies which are already using a work service, under an employment contract either for a temporary or a permanent job;

 

 b) on behalf of third companies;

 

 c) own account;

 

 In case of data which are provided by specifying the reference to a post published in a newspaper or magazine, or by limiting the application to a particular region or place of interest, those data in subsequent staff selections or in relation to areas other than the one indicated, will be implemented by the Owner only upon explicit authorization, sent with the curriculum or at a later stage. Without it the Owner will, as soon as the activity of the single job post has ceased, cancel all personal data of the party concerned.

 

 

C) NATURE OF DATA CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES FOR REFUSAL

 

 Data conferment by the party concerned is optional, nevertheless it is essential for the Owner’s activities which are indicated in paragraphs B, 2; in fact conferment failure would imply the owner's inability to carry out such activities.

E) PROTECTED CATEGORIES

 

 In case you belong to a protected category and have decided to tell us which categories you belong to, the Owner will deal with sensitive data, for which the law requires prior written consent. In this case, note that these data will be used only to be added in the candidates list, after receipt of written consent, as indicated below.

 

G) CONSENT

 

 After reading the above information, I take note that processing of my personal data will be recorded by the company Owner, in full compliance with given information and legislation concerning protection of personal data.
